Cancellation Policy

We often have multiple requests for the same booking time. If you cannot make your booking time, please provide 24 hours notice to allow us to offer that appointment to another client.

If you have pre-paid for your appointment, you will be refunded 100% of your appointment fee if you have provided the minimum 24 hour notice period of your cancellation. If you cancel within the 24 hour period, you will be refunded 50% of your appointment fee.

Complaint Policy

We endeavour to provide the highest level of service achievable. Spiritual and Intuitive Services cannot be guaranteed to be 100% accurate or successful.

However, if you’re not happy, neither are we. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please discuss it with us. Dependent on circumstances, there may be a partial or total refund or credit offered.

 
 
 

Privacy

Your privacy is a priority for us. We will not communicate ‘*identifying information’ in relation to your case, treatment or reading. The exception is were permission is formally granted in writing (physical documentation or electronic).

*Identifying information includes your name(s), photographs, addresses, or any other information that would reveal who you are.

 
 
 

Security

Payment transactions via our website or electronic devices are facilitated by reputable financial institutions and software providers who meet Australian Standards for PCI-DSS compliance. We do not retain your credit or bank card details. We guarantee that we will not compromise your financial data.
